There’s an advice column in a magazine I read, and one of the questions is basically “My kid is crying because they’re being teased at school, what should I do?”
And their answer was more or less “Make him build up tougher skin, teasing is part of life and kids are mean.”
No.
Fucking make your kids stop being assholes, make them learn that they can’t just tease someone, and DON’T BLAME THE VICTIM OR SAY THEY’RE BEING TOO SENSITIVE. Teach your children that there are consequences to their actions, especially when they’re dicks.

Yeah they’re like that in every server I’ve played since kRO2, and I don’t get it. >:|

Every ranger I have partied with since the kRO2 beta has been an asshole.
They either think they’re complete hotshots and try to solo things and get killed as a result, or they only join the party to get what they want and then bail AS SOON as they have it (not even waiting until the run is complete).
Or both.
I really like using the prayer emote with Aleenak. It works. I also love the idea of acolytes and priests reciting the prayers associated with their different skills. There were more obvious ones in RO1, but Oratio’s description does mention that the character recites the Lord’s Prayer, so that’s a thing. Some time I should make a post about what prayers would go with what skills.
